Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic (India): We currently ship across India.
  • International: At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (when available): Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.

Please note: timelines are estimates and dependent on actual shipping partner performance.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and destination.
  • Promotional Offers: Free shipping may apply for eligible orders (see ongoing promotions at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress in real time.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update fully.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
  • EKNAARI is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen events such as severe weather, logistics issues, or regional disruptions may cause delays.
  • In such cases, we will notify you promptly and share updated delivery estimates.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@eknaari.in.
  • We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, no access, or similar issues, the package will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, you may be required to cover reshipping fees, or a restocking fee may apply.
