1. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic (India): We currently ship across India.
- International: At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping (when available): Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days.
Please note: timelines are estimates and dependent on actual shipping partner performance.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and destination.
- Promotional Offers: Free shipping may apply for eligible orders (see ongoing promotions at checkout).
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress in real time.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update fully.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
- EKNAARI is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Shipping Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen events such as severe weather, logistics issues, or regional disruptions may cause delays.
- In such cases, we will notify you promptly and share updated delivery estimates.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@eknaari.in.
- We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, no access, or similar issues, the package will be returned to us.
- In such cases, you may be required to cover reshipping fees, or a restocking fee may apply.
